Job Description

Role: Sales Executive

Location: Zug, Switzerland (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying and securing new business opportunities with life sciences, biotech, automotive, and space clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Pipeline Development: Building, managing, and optimizing the sales pipeline to drive consistent growth, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Technical Understanding: Explaining the company's data management and compression technologies and solutions to clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with product development, R&D, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with the company’s offerings.
  • Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the life sciences, biotech, automotive, and space sectors.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in high-tech, scientific fields, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold emails and calls.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical products and communicate their value effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have a valid Swiss B or C work permit or Swiss/EU passport.
